오오오~~~지방 제한의 결과인 건가?!

이 후 인바디 체크했는데 근육량은 그대로고 지방만 2kg 빠졌다는👍
128.5 lb Lost so far: 5.5 lb.    Still to go: 16.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
