OK I haven't been weighing in because my weight went up to 222, and I it keeps going up every month. I got my food lovers kit last month, but I just started 5 days ago. now I'm back to 217 this morning by my chart it looks like nothing because I have not weighed in. well, I feel like Food Lovers is going to work. Weather it works or not I will weigh in every week now.
217.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 77.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Are you entering all the food you eat everyday? Good for you about weighing every week. How are you to know you're losing? I think what it was for me was being honest with myself. Documenting my food and activities tells me why I'm not losing if that's the case. No matter how difficult it is to do, do it. It will keep you on track. Good luck.

Now that I started Food Lovers,I have stopped gaining. I used to gain weight every month like clockwork.Today marks the fifth day my husband and I have been on Food Lovers. It helps you make small changes over 21 days, and like you said, tracking what we eat and what we do is a big part of the program. I have some very good news. My husband is diabetic and for the past 4 days, his blood sugar has stayed in the 110's.He can't believe it! When I give him food to eat every 2-3 he's, his blood sugar is stable and he doesn't gget so hungry that he slips up. The key is have protein with the carbs.
