Surprised by the loss. I had an intended cheat weekend, as my husband and I celebrated our anniversary. However, I needed the "diet" break. I feel refreshed and has renewed motivation today. For the first time in two months I ate a surplus of 500cals yesterday, so I am planning on doing calorie cycling this week to balance things out. Have a great week everyone.
