-40 lbs since i started 10/15/21! yesterday i went shopping because my clothes have started to look & feel loose. i took a few sizes to try on and was so happy to realize that i have gone 3 sizes down! ☺️ we got this FSF! rest if you may but DO NOT QUIT! 💪💖

170.8 lb Lost so far: 40.0 lb. Still to go: 20.8 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.
