On a roll again! After flirting with the 160s, I've finally dropped into the 160 range and stayed there for four days. Bye bye 170s! :) Here I come 150s! LOL
167.8 lb Lost so far: 32.2 lb.    Still to go: 22.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
