OK Well, I still lost a tad. But I must admit that last night I went off the eating plan. Oh, well. I guess we all do that sometimes. When I was a teen I used to think that that meant I was off the diet for good. Not any more. It now means, "OK. Hope you enjoyed that. Now get back to work!" And that is what I shall do today. I am loving the results of my sticking fairly closely to this plan.
