WEIGH-IN WEDNESDAY: 4 lbs down from last Wednesday! First 20lbs gone! additional NSVs include normal blood pressures and normal period cycles, if you are suffering from PCOS you know what i mean.
I am just so happy that i found this community and glad to be doing this journey with y’all my FSF! i will say it over and over again, WE GOT THIS! WE ARE STRONG! WE ARE AWESOME! 💖💪
187.6 lb Lost so far: 23.2 lb.    Still to go: 37.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
