Back down to 135 the last couple days, so I will record it. I'm having a good fitness week so far this week: Monday: bike 30 min run/walk 30 min weights 20 min
Tues: Swim 25 min (little over 1/2 mile) floor toning 20 Wed: off
Today I will hit the gym and do something or do run outside if the weather cooperates.
I'm feeling good and strong! The triathlon is one month from today! I could do it now if I wanted to, but now am working on increasing my speed. I read about lengthening your stride in running to make it more efficient, so I have been trying that. If you try that, try not thinking that you are going faster but are taking a longer stride instead. So far I've found it is pretty helpful.
