Really watching my percentages of 40% Carbs, 30% Fat, 30% Protein. Still eating too many carbs despite eating "healthy". Need to increase fat and protein intake.
111.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
