Ok, a week with extended family hanging around will do this ( hey it was fun), but I hung in there and only gained a pound. Back to the diet routine will be nice
190.6 lb Lost so far: 66.4 lb.    Still to go: 15.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
