IT HAS BEEN A JOURNEY 😀

Learning what to eat what not to eat. Learning about fat and carbs and protein and how they break down in my body. I’m so excited it’s been 3 years since I was Diagnosed with Hashimoto’s hypothyroidism and back then I was 233 pounds I get up to 255 pounds and I’m walking it back down slowly but surely my original weight was 195 and I plan on getting back there
233.6 lb Lost so far: 25.1 lb.    Still to go: 58.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
