Seems like my weight loss is back on track, thank goodness. But I am wondering about the sudden drops that have been happening. I have did nothing to my diet, if anything I relaxed a little more on it.
192.5 lb Lost so far: 108.7 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
