It has been very cold this spring so the motivation is not really there to walk as often as I would like. There have been some warm days but mostly I have started cleaning the churches and my whole house more on the weekends so I think this could be contributing to my weight loss. Also I take a Vitamin B6 everyday and try to watch out for my portions. This seems to be working and it is something that I can definitely live with. Although the weightloss is slow, it will allow me to ease into more exercise when the weather does break. Thanks be to God for the awesome awareness and power of strong will. My mood is great and I will give all the glory to God.
