I'm not sure if my scales are on the up and up. I may have to replace the battery. Or else she's been lying to me for quite a while. I hope that is not the true weight. At my doctor's I can add about 10 lbs. Oh well. Just have to try a little harder.
181.6 lb Lost so far: 9.6 lb.    Still to go: 21.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
