Back down again! :)

Just for grins and giggles, I stepped on the scale tonight as I had this morning...and I weighed exactly the same, right down to the ounce. This is the second time this has happened to me, and I find it very odd. I mean, isn't a person supposed to weigh a little more at night after a day spent eating? And I did eat today! Had 27 net carbs worth of foods, so it's not as if I'm starving.

Hope this means I'll weigh even less in the morning!
179.8 lb Lost so far: 20.2 lb.    Still to go: 34.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
