Im not sure whats going on. Grrrrr. Trying my hardest and I'm stuck. I did finally break down and measure my self last night, pretty impressed with those numbers.
200.8 lb Lost so far: 100.4 lb.    Still to go: 0.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1366 kcal Fat: 52.97g | Prot: 55.39g | Carb: 167.41g.   Breakfast: Johnsonville Original Recipe Breakfast Sausage, Pillsbury Grands Homestyle Buttermilk Biscuits, Coffee with Cream, Yoplait Greek 100 Yogurt - Black Cherry. Lunch: KFC Lipton Brisk Tea (16 oz), KFC Green Beans, KFC Original Recipe Bites (6). Dinner: Kraft Easy Mac Extreme Cheese Microwave Packets, Great Value Frozen Cut Green Beans, Gorton's Fish Fillets. Snacks/Other: Sara Lee Chocolate Creme Cupcakes, Cousin Willie's White Cheddar Microwave Popcorn, Kellogg's Special K Cracker Chips - Sour Cream and Onion (Kellogg's). more...
