the môre I'm learning about the caloric density of foods the more I'm finding that simply calory counting is the easiest way to loose weight. especially if you are willing to loose weight slowly. yesterday i ate so many flapjacks for breakfast. i counted my calories later and realized i should stick to salad and veggies for the rest of the day. i did eat a lot of veggies for the rest of the day and it was easy. i wasn't hungry at all. calory counting works. just stick to it
163.6 lb Lost so far: 8.4 lb.    Still to go: 20.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
