I knew that weighing myself every day would mean some variation. Plus I didn't work out yesterday and I went to eat out, so that made it worse.

I think it's interesting that they had a higher weight already up there for me! Like they expected me to gain weight...
147.2 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 7.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
