i grew up thinking calory counting was the worst thing you could do to yourself. but i was wrong. today was hectic again because i my new life and adjusting. my husband prepared food it was more unhealthy but so delicious and i ate so much. i though I'd messed up my eating for the day, but after sitting down and counting my calories u saw that i am actually still doing well with my calories for the day! this is great. in the past i would eat nonsense for dinner because i 'already messed up' now, all i do is adjust my dinner to fit with the calories i have left. much. better.
165.3 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
