Started back on the Dukan diet again to try to get rid of some of this weight that I want to go away. Dukan is such a great diet. Never feeling hungry or having cravings and the food is very satisfying. Easy to do once I finally decide to do it. I've actually lost 5.4 pounds since starting last week. And from now on I usually lose 2 pounds a week. So I have a long ways to go to get down to 160. But even if I hit in the low 170's I'll feel better I know.
