my scale is really squirrelly, I am getting readings lower and one slightly higher so I am picking a number in the center

I hate it when that happens. I always step on the scale 3 times and record the highest weight to be on the safe side. Keep up the good work!

I always record the low weight...but the scale I'm using is at the gym and pretty steady. I weigh myself before and after workout and then use the after.
