Stepping on the scale felt great today. 215.4lbs Im following my diet a little to close and at the end of the day always have a needed to eat calorie number that seems high. Need to work on spreading out the calorie intake through out the day.
215.4 lb Lost so far: 85.8 lb.    Still to go: 15.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
