Yesterday I did something that I don't ever usually do...I actually left food on my plate. And the food wasn't bad, it was good. I just was full and did not continue to eat the food. I am such a plate cleaner, and being able to just leave the food on the plate was miraculous. So I am proud of myself! I also turned down extra bread with my meal and ice cream for dessert. So I am feeling good about myself.
151.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 11.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
