Well 1st time actively trying to Lose weight and today marks the end of the 5th week and I’ve come to realise that this is more of a lifestyle change rather than a diet ive not once felt hungry or deprived I’m to lazy to exercise so just been walking and trying each week to get my step count higher than the week before and i’ve lost 19lbs pleased with that and think I can happily keep this up even if the weight loss slows down feeling a lot happier mentally and physically so for anyone having a off day don’t stress it’s just one day tomorrow can always be better day
185.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Sounds like you're in the right place within yourself...and walking is one of the best for excercise. It relieves stress, getting your heart beating and helps to burn fat. You'll be at home here...lots of people with lots of different stories....oh and the recipes are pretty good too! 😊
