Dinner's done, starting 48 hr fast. Tonight's dinner I wanted to try the whatabuger spicy chicken sandwich. Shouldn't have. Went over my carb. intake and it wasn't worth it. Not very good.
160.0 lb Lost so far: 22.3 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
