LOL, I did that to myself, with the pizza and then the brownie. Choices I made though so I don't feel badly. I'm starting my cleanse today and I wanted to give myself my first cheater weekend in, oh I don't know, 2 years!
153.2 lb Lost so far: 88.8 lb.    Still to go: 5.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
