My weight is still the same but I am confident. Yesterday coworkers went out to lunch and I had no desire to even binge on the delicious cake that the place is famous for. I also did my crunches last night. I am taking prenatal vitamins because I wanted my hair to grow longer, not because I am pregnant or wanting to be, but I wonder if this is inhibiting my weight loss? I looked it up and there are different opinions. I think I will just stop taking them and stick to a multi vitamin.
