I was going to start Monday, 4 Jan but am so done with eating junk. I didn’t pick up much
218.9 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 53.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

819 kcal Fat: 46.52g | Prot: 51.14g | Carb: 38.41g.   Breakfast: Pecan Nuts , Woolworths Double Cream Plain Yoghurt, Lifestyle Food Honey. Lunch: Checkers Butternut Cubes, Roasted Grilled or Baked Chicken (Skin Eaten), Coleslaw , Cooked Beetroot (from Fresh, Fat Not Added in Cooking). Dinner: Grapefruit (Pink and Red and White) , Baby Spinach, Freshpak Green Tea, Lemon. more...
