Working today, a 12 hour shift full of walking walking walking! And of course, some singing (hopefully) and a little piano playing. My goal: not just get me engaged, but "My" Seniors! as I care for them.Now, to go finish packing my food for this looooong day.
165.5 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 45.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
