I did the Winelands 10km virtual race today. I have a new PB 1h21 mins, 2mins off my previous PB 💪🏼🥳. This new lifestyle has its benefits, its not always easy but quitting is never an option. Thank you Fatsecreteers for all the encouragement and support ❤️
219.4 lb Lost so far: 10.6 lb.    Still to go: 54.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
