Big changes being noticed this weigh in/ measurements/ photo since two weeks ago. looking forward to this week Welsh lockdown over today. stay strong all.
206.4 lb Lost so far: 17.4 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
