So did average 1250 calories last week (Thanks for all the advice all) & dropped a pound I will take it. Going for the same calories this next week or so but also going to try fewer carbs as I'm still having normal but a lot smaller meals. Dumped bread few weeks back maybe need to do the same with potatoes, pasta and rice. been buying wholemeal, brown version but maybe not doing it for me. Have a good week all.
209.0 lb Lost so far: 14.8 lb.    Still to go: 32.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
