So I'm there Target hit🙌 Still not happy with my stomach area/fat, going to adjust my target weight, looking to drop another 1stone. Now the harder work begins!
209.7 lb Lost so far: 14.1 lb.    Still to go: 33.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 12 October 2020:
1644 kcal Fat: 57.13g | Prot: 94.83g | Carb: 194.18g.   Breakfast: Tap Water, Tesco Organic Oats, Canderel Sugarly. Lunch: Stripfast Meal Replacement, Oat Milk. Dinner: Princes Corned Beef, Sainsbury's Cheddar Cheese, Sainsbury's Frozen Sweetcorn, Cheddar Cheese Sauce, White Potatoes. Snacks/Other: Snackrite Ready Salted Crisps, The Fishmonger Sardines in Tomato Sauce, Bananas , Pink Lady Apples, Satsuma. more...
losing 4.4 lb a week

I am doing small targets and find it much less daunting than saying i need to.lose 3 stone

Looks like you are doing really well Tebbs61 Keep up the good work! Thought going to 15 stone would of been enough for me but not at that image I was after in my head yet looks like little bite size bits is a good idea. To be continued.....
