Gained quite a bit over the past month, but I expected that. Had multiple stressful situations going on that zapped my energy, and made me not want to work. Now no more excuses. On the plus side now walking my kiddo to and from school means getting 3 miles in every other day!
294.0 lb Lost so far: 17.1 lb.    Still to go: 159.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
