Na hora que subimos na balança vemos a diferença de comer uma bobagem ou outra. Mantive a meta de perder peso, mas nem tanto :(
190.7 lb Lost so far: 71.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
