Its great that I havent put on any weight but I really need to step up my game. I have an exam coming, which doesnt really help, but I need to do this desperately. I need to get back on the grid- follow an intermittent fasting routine with low carbs and no extremes.
Also I cant seem to get exercise in. I really need to push myself. Its a shame there isnt any area in my vicinity which I could walk to for exercise, and driving around a new place is a tad stressful with the kids.
I want to drop below 70kgs. Thats the new target for now, God willing.
