I have not been on my nutrition program since the Middle of March. My lowest weight got down to 119. I have 15 lbs to loose again. :( I have done it before, I can do it again.
134.0 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
