Holy cow!! My first weekend in 2 months when I didn't drink. My body feels so much better, reset and I can actually see and feel my results from working out and eating well. Alcohol is such a poison!! These results are definitely motivating.
144.2 lb Lost so far: 21.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
