I am very happy that I have lost this much, but I have been ill this week.
I have been following the Keto diet!
I know that because I have been ill I have been taking in a lot less calories than I should have been.
I will see what next week brings......
217.6 lb Lost so far: 11.7 lb.    Still to go: 85.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

pebbleperson 😊 I bet you do!! Ha Ha!! 😄 🤣 Seriously though the Vibration platform is good, except that I feel like a giant jelly on it at the moment!! It shakes everything!! OMG!! 🙈🙊🙀😹

Seriously...its hilarous🤣🤣🤣. I am not easily offended, so no need to walk on egg shells (or chicks!). 🐣😂. Let me know if it really does seem to strengthen your muscles (in a clean way!) 😁

pebbleperson! Thank goodness!! 🤣🤣🤣🤣 I will let you know how I progress. I am taking it steady and only exercising for the 10minutes recommended on it every other day. I'm gradually increasing the intensity! I have only been using it for just over a week. I'm hoping that it will build up my core strength and help my balance xx
