Thanks Debbra. You are so right. Some people do much better when they do weigh themselves frequently. I am in that category. I also am better when I record my foods and exercise (or lack of). When I actually can visualize the net +/- in calories, it helps a ton. This site is great for that. Be strong during the holidays, and congrats on your progress so far. You are half way to your first goal. That first 10 lbs loss feels great.

Thanks, you guys, so much for the encouragement. I am really keeping on TOP of things now, and I think this will do the trick. No letting go! I am going to ride this thing straight down!!!
