Expected this after drinking over the weekend. Hope to make it back to at least 67 by the end of the week. Japan has opened pretty much back to normal so I'm going back to the gym. Feel like it's time for a reset! Needing some inspiration to finally make it to goal. Been complacent for awhile…I know I've probably lost some muscle too. But I'm sticking with my motto of consistency over perfection. Lets go FS fam! I'm gonna lean in, try to be a bit more vulnerable on this app and try and increase my accountability ❤️ sending my love out there, we can do this! 💪👊💥
149.5 lb Lost so far: 15.9 lb.    Still to go: 1.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
