AS A RESULT OF WORKING FROM HOME I DID NOT FOLLOW MY WEIGHT LOSS PRINCIPLES. I CONSUMED A LOT OF SNACKS WHICH INCLUDED A LOT OF CHIPS, DONUTS, BROWNIES,COOKIES AND CANDY. I PRACTICED MINDLESS EATING AS I WATCHED A LOT MORE TV. EATING SWEETS AND CONSUMING A LOT OF MY CARBS LATE EVENING AS I WATCHED TV - TODAY MY JOURNEY BEGINS. I WILL EAT FEWER CARBS, I WILL NOT EAT IN BED, AND WILL PRACTICE MINDFUL EATING, I WILL BEGING A SIMPLE EXERCISE PROGRAM -TODAY I BEGIN!
