I did well this week but I look forward to more than losing inches. I have begun to buy foods that will help remind me of my challenge and I do not listen to the negative remarks from family members and I just try to focus on the positive and stay encouraged. I can however, let go of the barbecue foods on the weekend. I will start to pack a small lunch bag with fresh fruits and veggies in it so that I can stay on track better. I will explore low calorie foods more this week and see how I feel at the end of next week. My stress level has gone down and I did not get a chance to take my blood pressure but I will do it some time this week.
