Due to some stress a few weeks ago, I ate and drank a looooooot. Is this gain from that or the more work I've been putting in to my weight lifting routine? Idk, but I'd like to see these numbers go back down to 67, 66 even better 🙏💕
149.9 lb Lost so far: 15.4 lb.    Still to go: 2.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
