Gained a little during the holidays but was able to lose and a little more during January. Slow and steady wins the race. For those having trouble kick starting weight loss I have Kickboxing to be amazing for my mood and desire to lose. Some of us need the community and structure a class like that brings. CrossFit, boot camp style gyms, whatever you like doing do it. I personally can’t discipline myself to go to a gym on my own and create a workout plan. Plus, I like someone pushing me and the feel good music blasting through the air. Try it, you just might like it.
314.0 lb Lost so far: 56.0 lb.    Still to go: 89.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.5 lb a week
