Day 10-Small cheat for dinner on Friday night. Been constipated since Thursday. Stomach feels bloated and tight and I feel dis outraged because I NEVER get over the 208 hump! I always shoot back up for some reason even though I’ve been incorporating HIIT into my workout routine. This is so frustrating...
209.2 lb Lost so far: 24.3 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
