Went off my nutrition a bit for Christmas week, making candy, and cooking for two separate family gatherings. Gained "ZERO" pounds this week. My weigh in was the same as last week. So ok, add a week to my goal, I'm ok with that. I really am not going to change very much of my nutrition even after I reach my goal. :D
Realizing that I need to monitor my weight and to check in with my nutrition coach each week is going to be key to my long term weight management.
135.0 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
