Another day another 8 pounds gone. WTF!!! Of course this is a good thing. I have never in my entire life experienced this before. I have to say that with out FS and all my buddies suggestions and support I probably would not have made it this far. Thanks everyone. Doing Happy Dance!!!


edit - I am now 63.0% body fat. That means I went from 70 to 65 percent since I got this BF scale. WOOOOHOOOO. 63% is stll 196 pounds of fat I still have but that is way better then what it was before.

edit 2 - I just realized, my ticker is now YELLOW. WWWWWOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOWHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO GO YELLOW, GO YELLOW. HAPPY HAPPY DANCE DANCE.
312.2 lb Lost so far: 91.8 lb.    Still to go: 62.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Wow! I think you are doing the right thing weighing in monthly. That's what I did. It is somehow gratifying to see the big drop than experience a possible weekly disappointment! I did change to every 2 weeks when I got within 15 lbs of my goal as the "big drop" was not so big... when you start to get close to goal.
