I have been eating healthy for the last two weeks. I feel as if I am making progress with my lifestyle change. I have began again to get more active and I have stopped drinking sodas once again. I really believe that this is what has really helped my kick start my new goals for 2013!
273.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 53.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I have been working on my healthy eating these past two weeks. I feel like I can once again get out there an walk those 3 miles as I did last year. This year however, I am incorporating the Slim-Fast diet plan in with my exercise. I will monitor my weight loss closer this time and try to stay positive about the small changes and then look for bigger results in the end.
