I weighed in this morning on my scale at home (naked) at 215.8, but got weighed at the doctor (fully clothed) still at 213.2. I’ll take it 🤷🏾‍♀️
213.2 lb Lost so far: 20.3 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
